Shipping policy

All orders take 1-3 business days to process and ship weekends and holidays not included. We ship anywhere in the United States only.

Premium Fleurs does not take any responsibility for any packages refused by the recipient at the time of the delivery. In the event the arrangement is damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours by phone 346-493-1410  or email at info@premiumfleurs.com 

If you receive a damaged item, we will try and make it right. However, the postal service must be notified to investigate the damage and process any claims. We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen from porches or outside the home or business.
